Copy over old shopify theme modifications to NEW Theme -- 2

Im using a Shopify Theme that was recently upgraded to a NEW theme. Im currenlty now going to use the new THEME. I hired a freelancer to transfer over majority of stuff that were custom made through the code. But i am missing last 2 things to transfer over and now he is busy.
I attached the doc of what recently was changed and done.
But the DOC that says " LAST CHANGES" Is what i need finished asap for this project listing
