Converting Perfex CRM to SAAS
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I'm looking for a professional who has mastery in PERFEX CRM to convert my system that already has some modifications.
What do I wish?
I want to have multiple companies registered in the same software (PERFEX CRM) each with their own users (administrator / employees) and their own database. I want a master control panel, where I can manage everything these companies can access or edit, in addition to being able to control: How many administrators/employees these companies can add to the system; The database limit they can have; The number of emails and/or SMS they can send in the system; The ADD-ONS they can configure/access in the system; And obviously the menus and panels that these companies will be able to access in the system.
Notes: I have all the existing modules for perfex crm, but only a few are interesting for use in my business mode, so I want to manage in my master panel which modules my clients will be able to view and some will be charged as extra, so I I want the option to be able to configure this on my master panel.
I want to charge these companies for plans pre-defined by me on a monthly or annual basis and the system needs to have this logic. Everything the company uses in addition to the contract plan, the system must add this information so that I can charge the extras.
I want a module called ''Subscription & Billing" where my client will be able to view the active plan, in addition to configuring a card or payment method and also viewing current and old invoices. The system should block the access of the client who has not made the payment automatically after a time determined by me, which must be configured in my master panel.
Here you should also have a mini virtual store displaying the extra ADD-ONS options, where once hired by the customer, the system should configure and activate immediately without the need for human manipulation.
In my master panel I want to have the following options that do not exist or need to be configured in perfex for it to be SAAS:
- Plan management
Here I will create the plans and configure the quantities (Users / SMS / Emails / Access modules / Add-ons that will be part of the customer's plan)
- Virtual store management (Add-ons)
This is where I'll put everything I'll sell as extra into the system. Add-ons / SMS / Extra database / Extra emails
- Support;
Here will be all the help request requests sent by the client. This already exists in perfex crm, but not in my current system.
- Employee Management (My employees)
Here I will control the access of my employees, what they can edit or access, what authorizations they have.
The rest can keep the settings already existing in perfex crm, maybe some functions should be excluded.
In my client's module it will have a perfex system very similar to the standard one, but with some access limitations, for example: It will not be able to access MODULES / EMAIL TEMPLATES among others that I am defining.
In SETTINGS, my client will only be able to access some menus and options.
Please send me the price to do the work and the deadline to complete it.
