Convert wordpress website to HTML for speed and reliability -- 2

I currently have a website to advertise my local business in wordpress. The website falls over a lot and goes slow often which I think is due to wordpress and bad plugins.

I would like the website converted to plain html and a small backend written for updating of products and prices easily then uploaded to a new host.
