Convert vba excel into web app

I am looking for a skilled web developer to convert a VBA Excel application into a WordPress web application. I need all the features from the VBA Excel maintained in the web application, and a tight deadline of within 1 week for completion. I would prefer the web app to be built on WordPress, however other platforms like Shopify or a custom-built from scratch would be considered.
