Convert small Script using Pthreads to Parallel - PHP

Hello !
I have a cron script that uses Pthread but have currently identified a bottleneck related to the Pool::Submit time which is delaying each iteration of my foreachloop 10 times longer .
In order to overcome this bottleneck I want to update the code so that it will use Parallel instead of Pthreads .
I need someone with experience in Parallel Multithreading who can convert my Pthreads Script to the new Parallel Implementation , should be a simple task if you are used to working with Parallel .
