Convert existing site into Joomla or Wordpress

Hi there,
I would like to have a website (https://www.hostclue.com/) converted into Joomla or Wordpress (not sure which one is better for such a site).
This is a web directory for webhosting companies. It has:
- login
- add/edit company option
- add/edit coupon option
- add/edit article option
- add/edit review option
- News section (automatic import from RSS sources)
- Article and tutorials (automatic import from RSS sources)
- mail system
- sitemap
- RSS
We may discuss additional things as well.
Currently the site uses php script
