Convert PDF to HTML DOM

1. Convert 5 pdf forms to html DOM
2. Use data stored in CRM (Laravel) and deploy to fill the filled in html DOM
3. When printed, it should print in PDF as original design with filled in information
First you try with two forms and then if it works then. you will be required to convert another 4 forms.
We create our forms with customer made form builder that is sent to client to collect their data. Once they have submitted their data which is stored in the CRM.
Once completed you need to implement in our CRM.
The idea is to capture data from clients in dynamic forms (forms are created using form builder). The form which can be sent to any client as a link or they can login to crm and access. They can fill in the information. Once saved, it will be saved in our CRM database. This information can be used to fill the form automatically in Laravel blade / html DOM and can be downloaded/printed as pdf without any design
