Convert JOOMLA Web Portal to Laravel
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to convert a web portal with CMS from JOOMLA to Laravel. The purpose of the web portal is to provide information and resources to the public.

Need to propose 3 designs (main page) for them to choose (I already have some examples)
Design and Theme:
- Although I do not have a specific design in mind, I have some ideas and preferences that I would like to discuss with the freelancer.
Key Functionalities:
- Content Management: I need the ability to easily manage and update the content on the web portal.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing Joomla and Laravel websites
- Strong knowledge of content management systems
- Must follow SPLaSK criteria from mampu.gov.my (change color, change font size, dual languages etc)
- Ability to understand and implement government requirements and regulations
