Convert Excel workbook (designed using multiple sheets within multiple monthly workbooks) into a mysql database.

We are seeking an expert Excel and Mysql Database Programmer to convert an existing Microsoft Excel workbook into a user friendly mysql database (phase 1) with a user friendly interface and specific report format capability populated with monthly data queried from the database. The existing workbook is fully functional now. Additional features / growth and utility will be added once the base program has been converted into a database platform and tested. Additional features will be negotiated upon completion of phase 1.
Programmer should be very well versed in Excel functions as well as mysql and database design. Fished design requires user friendly frontend interface, reporting capability, formula calculations, table lookups, plus more. The currently working Excel workbook will be provided as a template for the design.
Future expansion for database records with additional functionality required.
