Convert Custom Attributes to Global Attributes

We have a Woocommerce store, with a load of products that are imported from eBay, currently the attributes are imported and therefore being created as Custom Attribute rather than Global Attributes, so we are unable to have any filter appear in the sidebar.

I need the current custom attributes converted to global attributes, so that all filters will appear in the sidebar
