Convert Adobe XD or Figma designs to Flutter

I have many woocommerce websites that i would to integrate to mobile app through API, I am looking for a skilled Flutter developer to convert my Adobe XD, Figma designs into a fully functional mobile application. The ideal candidate should have experience with UI design and be able to create a seamless user experience.

Requirements:
- Experience with Adobe XD designs and converting them into Flutter code
- Ability to test the app on various devices for compatibility

- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart programming language
