Conversion-Focused Website Optimization (PHP Core) – Phase 1 Priority -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Description:
We are a Swedish cleaning company operating locally in Skåne.
Our website (custom PHP core, WordPress used only for blog) has recently undergone technical improvements.
We are now launching Scope 2 – Conversion Optimization, divided into two phases.
Phase 1 is the priority and must be delivered first.
Our main goal is to significantly improve booking conversion rate, especially for our “Trial Cleaning” offer.
Important Technical Context:
Platform: Custom PHP core
Blog: WordPress (integrated)
Booking assistant: External API integration (Bokahem / Timewave)
Booking assistant logic cannot be modified
Only layout, structure and presentation around it may be changed
Phase 1 – High Priority
Focus:
Dedicated high-converting landing page for Trial Cleaning
Rebuild of /Boka page layout (without altering booking backend)
Booking form UX improvements
Mobile-first promotional conversion banner
Performance protection
Tracking verification
Proper staging and deployment process
Full detailed Scope 2 document is attached.
Performance Requirements
The website currently performs at high PageSpeed levels.
We require:
Mobile score target: 90+
Desktop score target: 95+
No material degradation in Core Web Vitals
Performance must be verified before launch.
Tracking & Analytics
Tracking is assumed to be already working.
You are required to:
Preserve all existing GA4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tracking
Verify conversions fire correctly after changes
Ensure staging does not contaminate live analytics
Design
No finalized design exists.
You are expected to:
Propose layout improvements
Provide wireframe/mockup before implementation
Collaborate with us on final design direction
Proposal Requirements
Please provide:
Fixed price for Phase 1
Fixed price for Phase 2
Estimated timeline for each phase
Breakdown of design vs development effort
Any technical risks you identify
Phase 1 timeline is critical.
We are looking for a long-term development partner, but Phase 1 performance and professionalism will determine future collaboration.
