Tasks:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via email, phone, or live chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Providing recommendations and suggestions for travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget
Preferred Software or Tool:
- The client has a specific tool in mind for itinerary creation. Familiarity and experience with this tool is preferred.
Volume of Itineraries:
- The expected volume of itineraries to be created each week is between 11-20.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
- Knowledge of travel industry and destinations
- Familiarity with itinerary creation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
