Container Consignment Module (Perfex CRM v2.9.3) + Mobile App
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 SGD
Built as a module on Perfex CRM (PHP) - codeIgniter. The consignment module is to be created from scratch as a module on perfex CRM v2.9.3 and PHP 8.0. I am looking for a long-term partner to work together in the next 3 years while supporting the module on Perfex. It should follow the same construct and idea as Perfex CRM for the functions below. I have listed a scope of work below for your quotation. I welcome to work with you.
This is a consignment module that is quite straight forward, but requiring good UI experience to it.
Logic: 1 Consignment > Multiple Trips > Each Trip has multiple Container but one vehicle-driver and one trailer

1. Page - Consignment Overview
-- Summary of Consignment
-- Filterable by Job Date / Consignment Order / Container Order # / Customer Name / Status
-- The objective of this page is to allow the users to monitor Consignments that are currently being held.
-- Overview header to show Outstanding Consignment and Upcoming Consignment and Completed Consignment
2. Page - Consignment Entry Input (usually by consignment)
-- Several fields of different types are required (up to 15 fields - including Customer Name, Address Fields, Consignment Order #, Consignment Date, Container #, Type, Vessel Name, Vessel #, Berth)
3. Multiple Trips per Consignment Order (e.g., each Consignment Order will contain multiple trips which contains two location).
-- Overview Visual Flow - each trip is sequential since a cargo will need to be physically brought from location 1 to location 2, and location 2 to location 3 and so on.
-- Drag and Drop to re-arrange the trip order
-- Predefined first trip will be shown at the beginning to help data entry and subsequently added by user in the next line
-- Each trip will contain it's own trip id which is 1:1 mapped to Container # (user input)
-- Each trip will also contain Date, Location 1 to Location 2, Container Size (20/40FT) Remarks, Vehicle-Driver, Trailer #, Vehicle-Driver Predefined Docket Pay, Container #, Documents for each trip, Upload Document, Trip Status.
-- Multiple Container # can be assigned to a single Trip, field-input delimited by space.
-- Assignment of Vehicle-Driver & Trailer (each trip will only have one vehicle-driver & trailer - validation required) and prompt when vehicle-driver / trailer has previously been assigned for the same date.
-- Trip to be able to be marked as completed, deleted, cancelled.
-- Once all trips in the Job Order is completed, the job is automatically marked as Finish
4. Vehicle-Driver & Trailer Items
-- Trailer are data fields like Invoice Items in Perfex.
-- Driver are Perfex users which are able to login to Perfex but has no access other than Mobile App.
-- Trailer fields (i.e., trailer code, trailer description)
-- Driver fields (i.e., driver vehicle number, driver predefined docket pay, each driver to tagged as a new role Driver).
-- For Vehicle-Driver (alike Perfex Customer), there should be a sub-page that allows us to view all the jobs that is assigned to the vehicle-driver.
-- Page: A single page to calculate the driver docket for all existing job. Job selectable.
5. Settings
-- Consignment Overview to display jobs in last 90 days
-- Note that whenever configurable it should be defined in the settings page.
6. Drivers Mobile App - Flutter/React (Android APK with vulnerability checked)
-- Driver to be able to login based on Perfex username and password, and view jobs assigned to them.
-- Driver to view Consignment that has been assigned to him (each trip).
-- Camera shot of multiple photos to be added to each trip.
-- Driver to be able to mark as complete on the job.
-- Driver to be able to manually sign off a complete job.
Environment details will be provided. Code to be submitted on bitbucket-branch so that I can pipeline it to staging area before production.
The scope above are 70%, 30% are to be shared later.
