Contact form only works with gmail not other email adress can you solve ?

in my database i have a contact form each listner

admin: needs get confirmation mail after booking
customer: needs confirmation after booking

admin gets confirmation email with gmail
customers dont use gmail each email adress i use i didn't get an email

what is the problem
