I already have the structure made in html, as I send in attachment.
1º I just need the integration with php to be possible to send the contact via the website.
2nd Whoever sends the contact via the website, must also receive a copy to the email with the content that he wrote in the contact form.
3. The body of the received email must be in this order:

- Both standard and custom fields are needed on the form, including Name, Email, and Message
- CAPTCHA is required to prevent spam submissions
