Consulting Requirement: Open crm and user profile management
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We have Consulting requirement for Open CRM and User Profile Management .
Below is the scope of work.
We have Wordpress website using gravity forms to generate leads. These leads linked to Vtiger cloud CRM.
I want to have a system (web app or portal) where I can have accounts for all my customers. I would need that system to be used for:
1. communicate with customers and update them with options and services.
2. The customer can update his/her status or/and information
3. Link this account to vtiger to get a bidirectional update
4. To build later a mobile app that will be linked to this system. Or we start it as a mobile app.
5. The case here I want to have it a small project that could be expandable.
6. We don't have big budget for this nor we have the people to follow the project. Based on that we want to have a small simple system for now that we can expand it in the future.
7. Currently we have around 3000 customers. We are expecting to get 10,000 new customers per month by the end of this year.
