Consultation Paypal API Recurring Payments

Hello everyone,
We are looking for someone to create a script that allow us process recurring payment to our customer of our eshop.
1 - We will already have the customer authorization on the recurring payment part of Paypal, with their email and email.
2 - The first script will be just to see if this is possible, so i will have to enter a customer email (test email for the testing phase), the Paypal API key or my access, and choose an amount.
