Consultancy required to diagnose and fix email send issue of PHP Laravel project

We have a project developed in PHP Laravel and deployed through Go Daddy hosting we have a page which need to send a mail on click of submit button, we have a professional email provided by Gmail and app password is also generated for this but on click of submit button email is not being sent. You need to diagnose and suggest solution to fix the issue code and server access will be provided through google meet with our developer.
