Consolidation Box/Dashboard Indicator for Tradingview

Hi,
I am looking for a serious Developer who has experience on Trading View PineScript Write Script and have proven record that has build indicators in the past and that is working.
Our Project is based on a Consolidation Box for Tradingview (See Attached Example) where it will show on the screen when the Forex Pairs are consolidating. Next to this We would like to have a Consolidation Dashboard where it shows on 1M/3M/5M/30M/1H/2H/4H/8H/Daily timeframe if the Pair is in consolidation (See Attached Similar Example).
Only serious applicants considered. Once this project is completed we will have full ownership and full rights of the project handed over by the developer to us.
