Connect a webapp to Payment Terminal

We have a POS webapp and We need integrate with payment Terminal.
We don't have the hardware yet, but use Stripe Terminal (stripe.com) with a card reader as BBPOS WisePad 3 is a possible solution. The application is developed with PHP and Javascript. We need to easily integrate the application to accept physical credit card payments.
