Connect google map ( plugin ) with state to be auto

we have a plugin in woocomerce which it shows the map and fill the adress all of it auto, however, we have done that we changed the city with state so when the plugins tried to fill the state it can not since we removed the orginal and we add a hook of our own that shows cities, so that we can caclulate the shippment
so what we want is to make the the dropdown of city to be filled auto as the rest
