Connect WordPress Contact Forms to CRM via API
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled developer to help us transition our WordPress contact forms to a new integration with our CRM system. This is a one-off project where the existing integration with ICAAL CRM must be removed and replaced with a custom integration using an API key to connect the forms to AdminBase CRM.
Current Workflow Overview:
1. Form Submission: Users submit enquiries through our website contact forms.
2. Validation: Data is validated for:
o UK postcode format
o Phone number format
o Required fields
3. Lead Record Creation: Validated data is posted to our CRM where:
o A lead record is created with all submitted fields.
o Automated thank-you emails are sent to the customer.
o Notifications with lead links are sent to us.
o Lead data is posted to AdminBase as a new record.
4. Confirmation: A simple confirmation message is displayed to users after form submission.
Your Role:
• Step 1: Disconnect ICAAL CRM and remove the current form integration.
• Step 2: Recreate the forms using a trusted WordPress plugin (e.g., Contact Form 7).
• Step 3: Configure and test the new API integration with AdminBase CRM to ensure
the following workflows are functional:
o Form validation
o Automated email responses to customers
o Notifications to us
o Data transfer to AdminBase CRM
Requirements:
We need this transition to occur without any downtime. The new forms and integration must be fully tested before going live.
