Connect PHP website orders to XERO API

I have a website that is made on PHP
when I get an order I will need order to automatically be entered into XERO account.
The customers details and order are entered and invoice is created.
New customers will need to set up new customers.
Existing customers just need to create invoice
once invoice is created. I will need them email to me
end result. when a customer makes an order. It will appear in XERO and the invoice will also be sent to my email
