Configure a website/server to autogenerate unique URL for every image/file uploaded in the memory

I am working on a small project that requires me to deposit/upload many fliers/banners in folders. Just like in a normal computer.
The files will will be images - jpeg, png, video, audio etc
I require every file that is uploaded to generate a unique url which will be used to access it from external by the target of thst content.
I will then imbed these url's in sms messages for the targets to access those files/images.
I need provisionig for this functionality on a hosted server/website with memory 64GB .
