Configure Stripe account to replicate an existing one

We need some alterations on the set up of the Stripe account for activetrainingworld.co.uk to replicate the set up of an existing account - activetrainingworld.com.
Our set up on Stripe activetrainingworld.com is good, in that for each purchase, it gathers the email address of the customer and itemises the ticket(s) that they have bought. Example in the screenshot attached.
For activetrainingworld.co.uk the set up is different and wedon't get the same information. Only the name and the event they've entered. Example in the other screenshot attached.
Please can you say if you would be able to do this and, if so, please provide a quote and a timescale for doing the work.
