Configure PayPal subscription to website and existing DB to track

I have existing site on Linux, apache, MySQL, and PHP. Plesk, DiVI. NO access will be available to coder.
I need to integrate PayPal subscriptions to the site to bill per employee, so 10 employees, they pay accordingly. Increase employees, they need to up their subscription. Subscriptions need to be tracked in an existing database and table with whatever additional columns necessary.
I will be able to install, test, and report back on results as work is completed.
