Configure PHP 7.3 for sqlsrv_connect

I need to connect to MS SQL Server with PHP script. The VPS does not have extension set up to run sqlsrv_connect. I need someone to go into the server and set this configuration for me.

IMPORTANT: Do not bid unless you have experience with using PHP with MS SQL Database. (I can use Google too!)
