Considering that the website’s color palette must be respected, and ensuring that, despite the complexity, the information remains simple and clear for the user. Currently, my website operates with two different filters or search engines: H-Book and WP-Booking, which means the client has to perform two searches. This greatly affects usability, and it also creates difficulties for me to manage two calendars and many plugins. Therefore, I’d like to simplify it with just one search engine.

1. CHECK IF EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE WITH H-BOOK
Unify and optimize the search filter:
Remove the current search filter from WP-Booking, which only shows available houses.
Keep and improve the H-Book filter, configuring it to perform complete searches directly from the homepage.
This single search engine should:
Filter according to all indicated criteria (dates, number of people, house features, etc.).
Display the available accommodations and show the exact price based on the dates and number of guests.

1.1 Expansion of search filters:
Add new filter options to enable more precise searches tailored to user preferences.
1.2 H-Book sends automated but not personalized emails, so the following needs to be programmed:
For the first email, minimal adjustments are needed. This email is sent when the guest requests a booking: (it will summarize the reservation and attach the cancellation policy and house rules).
For the second email, programming is required: this email will be sent once the reservation is confirmed and accepted. It will include a personalized contract for the property, detailing:
The address.
The tourist registration number.
Reservation details (dates, prices, etc.).
The owner’s Bizum number or IBAN.
Additionally, it will include information about the check-in process.
Evaluate if the guest can perform self-check-in when confirming the reservation, as this is currently not done via the Guardia Civil but through SES-HOSPEDERÍA.
1.3 Check if H-Book is compatible with ICAL to synchronize calendars with external platforms:
Implement synchronization with other platforms (Booking, Airbnb) and calendars like Google Calendar and One Calendar.

2. Optimization and improvement for mobile devices:
Fix design issues and misaligned elements in the mobile version.
Simplify the property listings:
Make elements like the cancellation policy and house rules collapsible to save visual space.

3. SEO and technical optimization of the website:
Optimize and improve SEO (only with what has already been done, if necessary), reviewing the current structure of titles with keywords (pages and blog).
Check for possible bad backlinks.
Improve the page’s loading speed.
Clean up unnecessary plugins to avoid performance issues.
