Comprehensive Web-Based EMR with EPCS

I'm in need of a fully functional, web-based electronic medical record (EMR) program. This sophisticated tool must integrate seamlessly with EPCS (Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances), have the capacity for lab integration specifically for blood tests, and include robust payment collection and medical claim handling features.

Key Requirements:
- EPCS integration is paramount for this project.
- Lab integration must specifically cover major US labs such as Quest, and Lab Corp.
- Payment collection to accommodate Credit/Debit card payments and Insurance payments is essential. Stripe would be the preferred program for payment processing.
- The program should also generate medical claims and submit them. To also include invoicing, balances, etc.
- Overall, the system should be designed to enhance efficiency and streamline operations in a medical setting.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing web-based EMR systems.
- Familiarity with EPCS and PDMP integration.
- Prior work with lab data integration
- Expertise in payment processing systems and medical claim generation integration
