Comprehensive Training Management System with RFID Integration

We are looking for a skilled web developer to create a browser-based, responsive training management system designed to manage members and assign personalized training plans. This system must adhere strictly to German data protection regulations and be hostable on German web space.

Key Features Needed:
1. Member Management: Ability to create member profiles and assign customized training plans.
2. Training Plans: Each plan includes sequences of exercises, which are accessible via automatically generated QR codes.
3. Exercise Details: Thumbnails, titles, short instructional videos, Tabata-style timers (if applicable), rounds, loads, and detailed descriptions.
4. Circuit Training Option: Supports entire workout circuits with automated transitions based on set training times or repetitions and break intervals.
5. RFID Integration: To login members automatically using a transponder band when used at the facility with a large touch monitor; additionally, manual login should be available on smartphones or PCs for remote access.
6. Print Functionality: Allow members without digital access to print their training plans.
7. Admin Configuration: Customization options such as insertion of business logo, name, and creation of an independent database for potential software rental to partners.

The solution must be capable of easy replication by the owner (myself), ensuring each copied version retains its functionality without affecting others.
