We are looking to develop a comprehensive logistics platform that connects clients with service providers in the fields of customs clearance, transportation, and storage. The platform will facilitate the entire process, from order submission to the final delivery of services, including the issuance of necessary licenses from government authorities like the Food and Drug Authority.
Key Features:
- User Registration: The platform will allow registration for clients, customs clearance companies, transportation companies, and storage companies. Each user type will have a tailored dashboard to manage their activities.
- Order Management: Clients will be able to submit requests for customs clearance, transportation, and storage services. The platform will distribute these requests to relevant service providers who can then submit offers. Clients can choose the most suitable offer based on various factors, such as price and reviews.
- Licensing Integration: The platform will integrate with government APIs to facilitate the issuance of necessary licenses, such as those from the Food and Drug Authority. Users will be able to upload required documents and track the status of their licenses in real-time.
- Payment System: The platform will include a payment system integrated with gateways like Stripe or PayPal. A 10% fee will be deducted from the service provider's payment upon successful completion of the transaction.
