Comprehensive Key Management Panel

I'm seeking a developer to create a comprehensive Key Management Panel that supports Admin, Reseller, and User roles.

This panel should have the following functionalities:

1. **Admin Functions:**
- Manage user and reseller data
- Create and manage keys (bulk, random, specific strings)
- Add balance to resellers or specific users

2. **Key Creation:**
- Ability to create keys in bulk, randomly, or with a specific string (for example: admin_hdh_hd73h_7gd5g)
- Set different time options for keys (ranging from 1 hour up to a year)

3. **Reseller Functions:**
- Manage their own users, balance, and keys
- Reset user hardware ID (HWID)

4. **User Functions:**
- Check key expiration
- Top up balance
- Manage user settings

5. **Key Activation:**
- Keys should not activate until the user uses it for the first time.

6. **Integration:**
- A system to link my driver/UI tool to log in and validate the key.
