- Employee Self-Service Portal: An essential function that will allow employees to access and update their personal information, request time off, view paystubs, and manage other HR-related tasks without HR's direct intervention.
- Payroll Management: The system should automate payroll processes, calculate wages, taxes, and other deductions.
- Time and Attendance Tracking: A feature to monitor employee attendance, track hours worked, and manage leaves.
Integration Requirements:
- HRMS Integration: The HRIS needs to be seamlessly integrated with our existing Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Time Clock System Integration: Integration with a time clock system is necessary to ensure accurate tracking of employee work hours.
User Base:
