Comprehensive Google Sheets Inventory Manager
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of a Google Sheets inventory management system capable of tracking stock and managing orders for more than 500 SKUs. This robust system needs to feature:
- stock tracking based on physical count
- Minimum order quantity calculation: Automated calculations to determine the minimum required order quantity based on stock levels.
- Product quantity usage tracking: Assessment of product usage in an interval between each order to monitor and predict seasonal fluctuations.
- We would like to easily use the sheet when doing physical inventory counts from a phone or iPad to be able to skip doing a written inventory count.
- Products should be able to be easily added/removed as new SKUs are launched/ discontinued.
Currently, I am relying on manual record-keeping and eagerly looking for an upgrade solution that assists in streamlining the entire inventory management process.
The successful freelancer should have a strong background in spreadsheet management, data analysis, and preferably experience with inventory management systems. Skills in Google Sheets, data analytics software, and meticulous attention to detail are ideal for this project. Previous experience dealing with projects of a similar nature or size is a plus.
