I'm in need of a skilled Drupal expert to assist with several tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Security Updates: I need to ensure my Drupal 11 site is secure, therefore I require help with implementing necessary security updates.
- Theme Customization: The site will need a layout redesign, so experience in theme customization is a must.
- HTTPS Issue: There's a certificate error causing problems with HTTPS, which needs to be resolved.
