I'm looking for a skilled web developer to create a sophisticated dashboard for me. This dashboard should seamlessly combine various data visualizations, alert management systems, dispatch ticketing, and communication tools.

Dashboard Layout Overview:
1. Top Navigation Bar (Global Controls)
• Logo and Branding: Top-left corner for easy brand recognition.
• User Profile/Settings: Top-right corner for account management, notifications, and user-specific settings.
• Navigation Tabs: A sticky navigation bar that allows users to easily access different sections of the portal (Dashboard, Service Tickets, Messaging, Stats, etc.).
2. Alerts Panel (Left Sidebar)
• Alerts Overview: A collapsible panel listing triggered alerts, categorized by priority (Critical, Warning, Info). Include:
◦ Filter & Search options to sort alerts by time, location, type, etc.
◦ A real-time updates badge indicating new incoming alerts.
• Alert Categories: Categories (types of alerts) that users can toggle or filter to see only specific types.
• Actions: Users can click on an alert to view details, assign it to a technician, or dismiss it if not applicable.
3. Main Display Area (Central Area)
a. Map with Alert Locations:
• Real-time Interactive Map: Display the alert locations on a map using pins or markers, color-coded based on severity (Red: Critical, Yellow: Warning, Green: Info).
• Lightning Strikes: Overlay lightning strikes on the map in real-time.
• Weather Data: Include current weather conditions with an option to toggle lightning strike visibility.
• Pop-ups for Alerts: Clicking on a pin should show alert details and an option to dispatch service.
b. Alert Details & Ticket Dispatch
• Alert Info Window: When an alert is clicked, a detailed panel opens showing:
◦ Description, timestamp, location, category, severity.
◦ Option to assign a service ticket to a technician (link to the dispatch system).
◦ Status updates for record-keeping.
c. Historical Stats and Current Data
• Historical Stats Panel: Display historical stats such as:
◦ Number of alerts per day, week, month.
◦ Technician response times.
◦ Success rate of resolving alerts.
• Graphs: Use line charts or bar charts to represent trends over time.
d. Current Weather Conditions:
• Weather Card (top right of the map or as a widget): Show current temperature, wind speed, humidity, and relevant weather conditions.
• Lightning Strike Overlay Button: Toggle real-time lightning strike data.
4. Service Ticket Dispatch System (Right Sidebar or Popup Modal)
• Technician Availability: List of available technicians with real-time availability (green: available, red: busy).
• Ticket Assignment: Choose an alert, assign it to a technician, and track progress. Include:
◦ Dropdown to select technician.
◦ Estimated time to respond and resolve.
◦ Mark ticket as “In Progress” or “Closed” with automatic timestamps for proper record-keeping.
• Service Ticket History: Allow techs to review past tickets in a historical log for accountability and analysis.
5. Alert Messaging System (Floating Chat or Sidebar Widget)
• Multi-Recipient Messaging: Allow a sender to quickly send messages to multiple recipients (like technicians or teams).
• Message Categories: Alerts can have pre-set message templates (for faster response).
• Real-time Communication: Instant messaging with push notifications.

Additional UX Considerations:
1. Responsiveness: Ensure that the dashboard can be used effectively on both desktop and mobile devices.
2. Customizable Views: Allow users to configure which widgets they see on the dashboard and their arrangement.
3. Dark Mode: Optional, given the amount of real-time data and maps that can cause eye strain.

This is for a device that detects wind speed, temp, tilt, elevation changes, vibration, gps coordinates, time stamps, and sends out alerts when a sensor is triggered. This site will be for a client to log in and see all the alerts on a dashboard, send the alerts to field tech through a dispatch system, an alert system where one sender can send messages to multiple recipients

Key Features:
- A wide array of visual dashboards, including graphs and charts, heatmaps, and tables and lists. The more diverse the visualizations, the better.
- Real-time, scheduled, and threshold-based alert management.
- A map embedded with alert pins and a weather overlay.

The primary source of data for this dashboard will be through API integration. Therefore, proficiency in working with APIs is a must.
