Comprehensive CiviCRM WordPress Integration

Hello there, I'm a volunteer from a community group, we are not incorporated but have been very active and would like to implement CiviCRM to our website on WordPress. I already have installed CiviCRM on our Website premises and stuck on technical errors, haven't been successful in making a stable installation.

I'm looking for a skilled person that has experience in WordPress and CiviCRM to effectively integrate my lone CiviCRM instance on the site. Essentially, this project's main objective spans threefold:

- Reviewing the current install and identifying integration issues with WordPress
- Making sure that the user roles on WordPress are created on CiviCRM
- Review and fix errors with email integration to be able to send system email notifications and email campaigns

Hence, I'm interested in a professional robustly competent in:
