Comprehensive Car Rental Website Development

I require an expert web developer to design and develop a high-performance car rental website. Despite the type of cars and the color scheme being open to your creative expression, that does not mean I won't need a visually appealing design in line with the business objectives.
The main functionality the site must have is an online booking system, creating an effortless user experience for customers wanting to rent a car.
Key tasks are as follows:
• Website Design:
- Car rental website design (any car type)
- Color scheme of your choice
• Development:
- Implementation of an online booking system
- Ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and highly responsive across all devices.
• Testing:
- Implement comprehensive testing to guarantee the website operates with efficiency and reliability.
The ideal candidate for this job will have a proven track record in web design and development, preferably with previous work in the car rental or similar industry, demonstrating a skilled understanding of UI/UX principles and online booking systems.
This will be a website where different rental car companies can post what type of cars they have for renting out and availability for the same. There will be subscription fee for posting on the site and the possibility of additional commission for the website owner which is shared in details below.
There will be 3 types of users
Admin/ Owner:- Admin will have full control over the entire site. They will be able to see the rental car companies who have signed and details for any requests put in by the end user.
End User:- they will be the people visiting the site looking to book a rental car. Users will have the option to select a date range for which the want the car along with their desired model type if any. Once this information is put in, the site will show them the available options from where they can then choose which one to book
Rental Car Company:- These are companies / individuals who will be signing up to provide rental cars they have available for leasing. After signing up, they will get their own account from where they have to put in details about the car like make, model, year, color, features, photos/videos, time of availability, pricing etc. the company can add any number of cars they want to show on the site.
Scenarios for how transactions will be carried out on the site and profit sharing modules.
Scenario 1:-
Rental car companies can sign up by paying a subscription fee. Admin can provide 2 types of subscription, Standard and Premium. If the rental car companies choose the Premium subscription, they will be charged a little extra from the standard but their listing on the site will be on the top and marked as Premium.
In this scenario the user who comes on the site can choose the car they want and once they have done so, they fill out a form with their details and requirements. This form will then be sent to the rental car company who will then share the quote to the user and provide services and collect payments directly from the user itself from outside of the website.
Scenario 2:-
Rental car companies can sign up by paying a subscription fee. Admin can provide 2 types of subscription, Standard and Premium. If the rental car companies choose the Premium subscription, they will be charged a little extra from the standard but their listing on the site will be on the top and marked as Premium. While the rental car company is creating their profile on the site, they have to share details on how they would like to collect their payment( Card or Bank Account). There will be a fixed profit sharing ratio between the admin and rental car company for every booking they get for example, Out of each transaction, admin will keep 10% and the rental car company will receive the balance minus transaction fee and charges.
In this scenario the user who comes on the site can choose the car they want and once they have done so, they will charged the service fee as provided by the rental car company plus 10% as transaction and processing fee. This entire amount will initially be withheld by the admin. Once the user has completed the booking for their order, the rental car company will be provided an option in their profile where they can mark the order as complete. Once the admin receives this notification, he can trigger the system to automatically release the share of the rental car company to their selected payment method.
The end user will be provided a window of 48 hours before their booking date to cancel their order in which case they will receive 50% of the paid amount as a refund. Post this window, no refund will be provided.
