Comprehensive Calendar Integration Across Platforms
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi requirement is to have 2-way integration/synchronization of 6 separate calendars (currently using WP booking calendar plugin) for 5 different websites onto 1 office 365 calendar. O365 is already implemented. Every time someone makes a booking we get confirmation e-mail. If we approve, the calendar entry is made, or if we decline the calendar enter in not made – at the moment we do this at the backend. Ideally we want to use a free plugin for above integration and are looking for a quick but scalable and long term solution

1. Using a free plugin like WP Fusion (Lite) with Microsoft 365 Integration or Calendar Integration for Office 365/Outlook by WP CalSync.
2. Use .ics feeds or automation tools like Power Automate or Zapier. When a booking is approved, it can trigger an Office 365 event creation automatically. We can use the built-in .ics export and Power Automate (included with most Office 365 plans) for 2-way sync and logic control.
3. Install WP Webhooks Plugin, Configure Webhook Trigger on Booking Approval, Create a Power Automate Flow

5. Microsoft Graph API OAuth 2.0 authentication custom WP functions/hooks WordPress to external API sync
