Comprehensive CakePHP to Regular PHP Conversion

I'm seeking an adept PHP developer who can proficiently convert a whole CakePHP 2.xx program into regular PHP. The entire program ranging from database connection, request handling to templating has to be revamped. Even though I've not highlighted any specific feature to prioritize, I'm expecting the freelancer to carry out a systematic conversion making sure that every module is functioning seamlessly.
