I am looking for a well-rounded CRM solution for my small tour company. The software should be designed to manage customer contacts, bookings, and provide sales analytics.
- **Customer Contact Management**: At present, our contact information is stored in Excel spreadsheets and in paper files. The CRM should provide an easy way to transition this data and manage it efficiently. Experience with contact database management is crucial.
- **Booking Management**: Our bookings are currently managed via spreadsheets. The CRM should allow for an effective booking management system. Prior experience with integrating booking modules would be advantageous.
- **Sales Analytics**: Accurate sales analytics is a key part of what I expect from the CRM. Freelancers who could demonstrate experience designing and implementing such modules would be preferred.
