I require a proficient developer to build a high-performing web application that essentially tracks assets and fuel consumption of customers in real-time. Not only would the system monitor customer's assets, it would also observe their fuel types, odometer readings, contain information on hours read and distinctively isolate and identify gallons of fuel.
It wouldn't be an isolated system - it will integrate employees, assets, departments and more in-depth vehicle details like maintenance records among other items. Specific characteristics would include restricted access to certain fuels, asset accessibility being either granted or denied and the ability to regulate access within specific hours of the day. Employee registration and sign-in with a PIN will be necessary, as well as the ability to activate or deactivate employees.
What's more, the system should provide near real-time visibility of gallons pumping, control of meter machine hours and also provide the ability to activate or deactivate assets accordingly.
As a bonus, it should allow me to determine whether or not employees can enter odometer readings. In terms of accessibility, this application must be cloud-based and having a version of it as a mobile app, compatible with both Android and iOS platforms, would be highly favorable.
