Premier Tax and Bookkeeping is a registered ASIC agent and Tax agent, and we’re looking for company and business name registration software compatible with ASIC’s EDGE and ECR systems.
We would like the company registration system to be the same as https://www.ecompanies.com.au/
A. No need to initial account creation for the client to create a company, and a member account should be created automatically after company registration.
B. The client can download registration documents from their member login in addition to email attachment
C. Company registration, ABN, Business name, GST, and PAYG registrations payment gateway should be linked
D. We have a payment gateway with Eway for our other payments, and if possible, we prefer to integrate with eway.
