Complex platform development and design (w/API)

This will require uniquely sophisticated platform and will be a very complex Web App, involved complex API, needing client interactive components with an outstanding design showing the dynamics of the associated patented model. There is no room for error and only the best companies need respond. This will be Phase 1.
