Complete WordPress Plugin: Gravity Forms, Google Sheets API and Custom Functionality

I need assistance to complete a WordPress plugin for a specific project. The plugin is based on Gravity Forms and requires some custom steps to be performed after submitting a specific form.
Here's an overview of what the plugin currently does and what it is intended to achieve:
STEP 1 – (ALREADY DONE) Formatting certain values from the submitted form.
STEP 2 – (TO DO) Connecting to Google Sheets API and looking up rows using existing credentials.
STEP 3 – (ALREADY DONE) Executing PHP code to obtain additional variables at the end.
STEP 4 – (TO DO) Reporting logs of performed operations to Google Sheets via API (creating new rows in a specific sheet).
STEP 5 – (ALREADY DONE) Executing PHP code to send data via webhook to third-party services.
STEP 6 – Checking if there's a need to add email notifications within the code, specifically when an obstacle prevents the completion of Step 5.
