Complete Redesign my Backend and Frontend

i currently own a website https://worldxpilar.com and let user to use my services for free . I want a complete Redesign and redeploy this app (both frontend and backend ) to new version of node and php , change DB Structures and enable User based Analytics . Also the website communicates on a STEEM Blockchain Node is some times delayed or even misses doing its operations , that needs to be fixed as well .
