Complete Front-End & Develop Full Back-End of Restaurant Website

Looking for web developper to complete front-end 80% completed & develop the whole Admin-Panel.
The website concerned is: https://foodhubz.com.
The front-end has been developped by php/mysqli/symfony and ajax.
Detail about website:
Foodhubz is a web application platform that works a bit like swiggy/uber eats.
Website works on Geo-Localization and offers the following services to end-customer:
1. Restaurants nearby
2. Chef nearby
3. Nutritionist nearby
The above 3 will be able to register to a subscriptional package and based on the package they subscribed, they will have access to specific features.
Front-End Work To be Done:
1. Complete the payment module (paypal/Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery) & generate/send receipt to end-customer accordingly.
2. Test/Fix any issues not working.
Back-end work To be Done:
1. Full Admin panel needs to be developped.
You are free to use any library you feel like, as long as it's compatible with current hosting and all features are implemented.
