Complete AI-Enhanced HRIS Platform
Budget: $10 – $20 CAD
I already have an HRIS web application live, but several core pieces still need to be taken from “mostly there” to production-ready. I’m looking for someone who can dive straight into the existing codebase, clean up what’s built, and finish the remaining functionality fast.
Here are the areas that must be completed:
• Employee onboarding – end-to-end workflow, document upload, e-signature integration
• Payroll management – calculations, statutory deductions, payslip generation and export
• Performance evaluation – goal-setting, 360° feedback, appraisal reporting
• Absence management & time-off tracking – requests, approvals, accrual rules
• Training & development – course catalogue, enrolment, completion tracking
On top of the above, the platform is designed to be AI-driven. I need actionable insights woven directly into each module—think onboarding task recommendations, payroll anomaly detection, or predictive attrition scores. Feel free to suggest the models, APIs, or libraries you’re most comfortable with.
Timeline: I need visible progress right away and a release-ready build as soon as possible.
You’ll receive Git access, current docs, and a staging environment. The work is considered done when every module functions end-to-end, AI insights display clearly in the UI, and the code is clean, documented, and deploys smoothly to staging.
