Complete Delivery Platform (User App + Web Dashboards) – Designs Provided 300 USD BUDGET

We are building a custom peer-to-peer car rental platform, similar to Airbnb — but for cars. Vendors list their own vehicles, and customers can book them via a mobile app. The platform does not own vehicles; it facilitates rentals between individuals and businesses.

Deliverables:
- User App (Flutter) – Full booking flow, user verification, payment support (Stripe Split, Cash, Juice, MyT Money), booking dashboard, filters, etc.
- Vendor Web Dashboard – Car listings, subscription plans, dynamic policy setup (cancellation, late return, add-ons), Stripe Connect, offline payment flow.
- Admin Web Dashboard – Full control panel to manage users, vendors, listings, policies, Stripe integration, reports, pickup zones, add-ons, promo codes, etc.
- Web Landing Page – Static site to promote the service, car owner registration and redirect to app/platform links.

Tech Stack Preferences:
- Frontend: Flutter (for app), React/Blade (for web)
- Backend: Laravel or Node.js
- Payment Integration: Stripe Connect (split payments), plus offline options
